Local LIB DEM ward councillor Darren Fower says he has now reported the “pointless sign” situated in the John Clare rec, to the City Council.

The sign is situated on the Hallfields lane end of the recreational ground and has according to Darren, been like this for many months.

Commenting, Darren said:

“One thing that really irritates me are pointless signs! This one surely had a purpose in the beginning, but now it does nothing but contribute to a negative image for this section of the rec.”
